This instrument is E.M.Skinner Opus 574. It was originally built in 1926-27 for the Monument Avenue Episcopal Church in Richmond. When the church closed, the organ was moved to St. Brriget (ca.1975) and it was restored by Jim Andrews at some point. (Information provided by Jeff Scofield and the Aeolian Skinner Archives)
